What do I do if my pet passes away at home or after office hours?
If your pet passes away and it is during office hours please call Kim or Kelly at 561-482-8110 to arrange for pick up from the Vet or a time for you to drop off your pet at the shelter. If your pet passes when we are not open, we suggest wrapping your pet in plastic and placing them in the freezer or ice chest until we are open. Keeping the body cold is important.
How do I reach someone to discuss cremation or burial services?
Office hours are Tuesday and Thursday-Sunday 8 a.m to 5 p.m. Our phone number is (561)482-8110 and Kelly or Kim can help you in any way you need. Please schedule an appointment for a cemetery tour or meeting.
Do you offer pick up service?
Only if the animal is at a vet. There is an additional charge. Please call for pricing.
How do I know the ashes I receive are my pet’s?
All deceased pets are identified with a name tag and disclosure card from the time they leave your vet’s office, your home or arrive at our facility. Only one person handles each pet. This person collects the pet’s ashes and places them in a bag tagged with the pet’s name and owner’s name. The cremated remains are then placed in an engraved urn or handled as requested.
Can I choose my pet’s grave site at the cemetery?
We have different sections within the cemetery that are still available. You are able to pick your pet’s grave site within these sections.
When can I visit my pet’s grave site?
Any day, seven days a week, from 8:00 a.m until 5:00 p.m.
How soon will my ashes be returned?
Most ashes are returned within 7-14 days.
What payment methods do you accept and when is payment due?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Cash and Personal Check with ID. Payment is due in full before services are rendered.
